NRC Job Vacancy 2022
Job Description: The Child Protection/GBV Coordinator will be responsible to plan, manage, oversee and monitor the implementation of NRCs Child protection and GBV programs. She/ He will be accountable for the formulation, design, planning, implementing, and ensuring quality implementation of child protection and GBV programming. The Child Protection/GBV Coordinator will also support the protection team in implementing community-based programmes in Kampala. In addition, he/she will contribute to capacity building of partner field teams on CP and GBV topics identified during capacity assessments and in line with programme design.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: A university degree in Law*, Social sciences, Psychology*, International Relations*, Development Economics; Peace and Conflict Studies*; or other relevant field.
- Experience: 03 years relevant experience in Child protection and management of Gender Based Violence programming in an international, humanitarian or human rights organisation is required.
- Language: English is the working language; knowledge of any other local language is desirable
